Gudrun MacDonaldI consulted Sheren in April this year as I had been taking quite a few supplements to "doctor" myself but didn't feel the desired effect. Sheren was very thorough in her examination, did iridilogy (which confirmed what I assumed was the problem) and Sheren advised a thorough detox and requested a number of bloodtests. I also requested a mineral hair analysis and was given the supplements prescribed by the outcome. After 3 months we had another hair analysis, which showed great improvement in my mineral balance and the dose and supplement combination was adjusted. I am now feeling 100% better, sleep better, have more energy, don't stress or panic as much as before and enjoy my life again. We still need to do a lot of work though regarding too high Cholesterol and improving my bone density, as I don't want to use statins or 6 monthly injections. I am sure that there are natural ways to improve these and Sheren will be able to help mein getting on top of these problems. Nothing happens overnight however - a lot of patience is needed.
